FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions
How does the trialling service work?
We want you to have complete satisfaction with your bitting choice for your horse, to provide this we offer a `30 day trial´ this means you can purchase a bit and if it wasn´t the right choice for your horse you can return it for a refund. Read bit trial conditions.
Your Bomber bit is made from sweet iron, which oxides easily and goes from blue, to faintly rusty and then finally black. This is completely normal and is nothing to worry about. It is the sweet iron that helps make these bits so great for your horse! Even though it is sad to lose the lovely blue colour.
Where can I find bitting advice?
Georgia is available to come out to your property and provide a bit fitting service and we can also give advice over the phone or via email. Please remember that it is hard for us to be accurate in our recommendations without seeing your horse in person, but we are always happy to try and help you make the right choice. Get in touch
