Trust Inno Sense Flexi Soft Loose Ring Gag
The Loose Ring Gag is a loose ring with two small rings for the gag cheeks. It encourages the horse to keep its head up. The pressure points are on the top of the head, just behind the ears and the corners of the mouth. The cheekpiece can be used with one or two reins. This cheekpiece is most commonly used with two reins, one attached to the large ring and the other to the ring of the gag cheek. This way, the rider can better dose the gag effect. Please note: The normal bridle cheekpiece is replaced by the gag cheek.
The gag bit encourages the horse to lift its head. It is often used for horses that tend to go behind the bit. When the reins are taken up, the mouthpiece slides upward, creating pressure in the corners of the mouth and on the poll. This bit can be used with one or two reins, or with pelham straps. In most cases it is ridden with two reins: one rein is attached to the main bit ring, while the second rein is attached to one of the lower rings or to the end of the gag straps. This allows the rider to apply the gag action only when necessary. This bit is not suitable for inexperienced riders.

The Flexi Soft version is less suitable for very strong horses.
